RIGHT WAY DELIVERIES
At A & S Aluminum Supply we guarantee to deliver your regular order complete and on-time, usually same or next day. If we commit to a specific delivery time, your order will arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled delivery time; if we are going to be more than a half hour late, we promise to notify you immediately so you can adjust your schedule as needed.
Order Shipped Complete
We check all loads before they leave our premises because we know that receiving your order completely is critical to your business. We make every effort to ship orders entirety, but in the unlikely event that we cannot ship your order complete, we will call to let you know.
No Substitutions
At A & S, we know that not all brands are the same. We make every effort to fill all orders with the brands & specs requested. If we do not have a specified brand in stock when you place an order, we may suggest substituting with a comparable or alternate product; but we will not make any substitution without your approval.
