This prehung fiberglass door features a durable PVC composite frame surrounding the main panel, with a heavy-duty PVC foam jamb and a laminated PVC veneer structure. Inside, a high-density polyurethane foam core provides superior insulation—up to six times that of traditional wood doors—plus excellent soundproofing.
Equipped with ball bearing hinges for smooth operation and enhanced durability, each door with glass includes double Low-E glass molded directly into the fiberglass for seamless integration. Composite Rails around the panel ensure the door is 100% waterproof and resistant to warping or rotting, unlike standard fiberglass, steel, or wood doors. LVL components with tongue-and-groove joints provide a solid, moisture-resistant frame structure.
